The Apple Cider Bellini is a festive, autumn-inspired spin on the classic Venetian Bellini, swapping the traditional peach purée for crisp apple cider and brightening the base with apple vodka. Instructions
- Chill champagne flutes in the freezer for at least 5 minutes before serving.
- Add apple vodka and apple cider to the bottom of each flute.
- Top slowly with chilled Prosecco, pouring gently down the side of the glass to preserve the bubbles.
- Stir once very gently with a cocktail spoon.
- Garnish with a thin apple slice on the rim.
