Instructions
- Combine vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- Dry shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds to emulsify the egg white into a foam.
- Add ice and shake again hard for another 15 seconds.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters on the foam and a lemon wheel on the rim.
