Ingredients
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Rye Whiskey
1 dash Absinthe
0.5 oz Egg White
Instructions
- Combine the rye whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
- Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Add ice and a dash of absinthe, then shake again for 15 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or a few drops of absinthe on the foam.
