Ingredients
1.5 oz Light Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Peach Schnapps
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
8 leaves Mint Leaves (fresh)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender with one cup of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a chilled Collins glass or tiki mug.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a pineapple slice.
