Ingredients
0.5 oz Peach Schnapps
2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
8 leaves Mint Leaves (fresh)
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup gently in the bottom of a julep cup or rocks glass.
- Add the bourbon and peach schnapps.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir until the outside of the cup frosts.
- Garnish generously with a fresh mint sprig.
