The Blue Long Island Iced Tea is a bold, crowd-pleasing variation on the classic Long Island that replaces cola with Blue Curaçao and lemon-lime soda, transforming the cocktail's signature amber color into a vibrant electric blue. Like the original, it contains four base spirits — vodka, gin, rum, and tequila — which makes it considerably stronger than it tastes. The Blue Curaçao adds orange sweetness in place of triple sec, and the cola is swapped for a splash of fizzy soda, keeping it lighter and brighter. Ingredients
0.75 oz Vodka
0.75 oz Light Rum
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Blue Curacao
0.75 oz Gin
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Soda Water
0.75 oz Blanco Tequila
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and Blue Curaçao.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice and add simple syrup.
