Ingredients
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
2 dash Angostura Bitters
1 oz Apple Brandy
1.5 oz Apple Vodka
0.5 oz Ginger Syrup
0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
Instructions
- Fill a rocks glass with ice and set aside to chill.
- Combine apple vodka, apple brandy, ginger syrup, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Add Angostura bitters.
- Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice in the chilled rocks glass.
- Garnish with a fan of thinly sliced apple and optionally a sprig of fresh thyme.
