Ingredients
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Club Soda
8 leaves Mint Leaves (fresh)
2 oz Vodka
Instructions
- Place mint leaves in a highball glass and add lime juice and simple syrup.
- Gently muddle the mint leaves 4–5 times — press firmly but don't shred them.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice or ice cubes.
