Ingredients
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Absinthe
3 slice Cucumber
2 oz Chilled Water
Instructions
- Muddle the cucumber slices with the simple syrup in the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Add ice to the glass.
- Pour in the absinthe and lime juice.
- Add the chilled water and stir to combine.
- Garnish with a thin cucumber slice on the rim.
