1.5 oz Vodka
1.5 oz Blue Curacao
6 oz Cranberry Juice
1.5 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
1.5 oz Peach Schnapps
1.5 oz Raspberry Liqueur

In a cocktail glass combine Vodka, Blue Curacao, Raspberry Liquer, Peach Scnapps, and Sweet and Sour. Then, fill the cup the rest of the way with Cranberry juice and stir. Garnish with lemon twist or a cherry.
