1.5 oz Vodka

1 oz Lemon Juice

Instructions

Muddle Blueberries in shaker
Make Honey syrup by mixing equal parts of water and honey
Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup.
Shake well
Strain into a glass with ice
Top with sparkling water
Garnish with lemon wheel and blueberries
